1.Oceania Football Confederation Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) is located at the Charles J. Dempsey Football Academy, Mount Smart Stadium, in Penrose, Auckland, New Zealand. OFC is charged with the task of servicing and administering the game of football in the Oceania region for its eleven member associations.
